Once you get a taste for the high quality that some sites hold above the others, it's hard not to crave it all the time. Expect it from here.
Just peering into the tour area will give you some hot shots of hot girls doing hot things that will make you heat up all over your body. Something tells me that quality will be the driving force to this site and I’m in the mood to see things done right. This site does seem to scan back a few years in time, which should mean the number of movies will be high.

Private is the official website of the legendary porn magazine of the same name. The company has been around since 1965, when its print version became the world’s first full colour hardcore porn magazine - and they promise full archives of them on the site.
The site has had a relaunch and a redesign recently, where you can now see many of Europe’s biggest porn stars (and a fair few from elsewhere in the world) on a brand new site but still in glossy and occasionally high budget photo galleries and videos.
Content
This site currently hosts 276 full length DVDs (about 1400 scenes in total) and 60 magazine shoot scans which concentrate mostly on the model photos (around 40,000 photos in total), with these images displaying at a range of sizes.
The videos usually display at their best of 640x480 at 1500kbps in Flash Player and WMV formats, and there are downloadable and streaming options with medium and high quality options. This site is updated a couple of times a day.
I’m also a huge fan of European porn stars - I just prefer their looks on the whole and the way they carry themselves an perform. So I’ve always been very much a fan of the Private output. Their website has been around for years, taking on the thankless task of archiving their magazines (as well as others such as Triple X and Pirate), but this is the site in its relaunched state - and it has proved rather controversial and many members are not happy, as you might see on their forum. Some are positively damning in their opinions.
I’ve never seen the site before so I can’t comment on how things have changed. What I can say is that their collection is obviously impressive on the video front - but on the photo front it is a whole different story. The magazine scans are good quality but usually tiny, which strikes me as VERY odd. Also, the site advertises an archive going back to 1965, when its main magazine started, on its tour page. Their collection in the members’ area only dates back to 2003. You can draw your own conclusions.
User Interface
The navigation here was actually very good indeed, I found, although there isn’t really enough information about the videos and the magazines - and for a legendary label such as this, that was disappointing.
However, I was reasonably satisfied with the video options here and I thought the index of models was also very good indeed, plus update information was also very good. I also thought that the layout was very good in terms of design, but the site was rather slow moving.
Conclusion
Private is a hard site to judge for me. I personally love the content and technically this site is very good - slightly small considering their history and back catalogue, but still perfectly fine compared to most out there, especially other big label sites.
But they do fall well short when it comes to some claims they make, especially when it comes to claims about their archive access. This is their biggest oversight and mistake. But can you get much better mainstream porn content than this? Doubtful. It is certainly worth a look on videos alone, and definitely worth the price on that basis.
